JOB SUMMARY
Altium Wealth Architecture is looking to welcome a high-level Assistant to its team. As a true administrative pillar of the Wealth Management department, the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution and exceptional service. Their sense of anticipation and attention to detail will allow them to optimize each interaction and uphold the highest standards of excellence.

As a key member of the team, you will actively support the development of the Wealth Management department and all its activities, assist client advisors in their daily work, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development, thus enhancing Altium’s impact and reputation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open, maintain, and systematically update client accounts, ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions.
- Ensure the annual update of client files, including all relevant financial, tax, and regulatory information.
- Rigorously handle client financial operations (withdrawals, deposits, transfers, payments), ensuring speed and compliance.
- Foster proactive and transparent communication among clients, advisors, and partners.
- Execute operations in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, while ensuring adherence to rules and risk management practices.
- Review and deliver quarterly client reports and tax packages during tax season.
- Coordinate advisors’ schedules, plan appointments, and prepare client meetings.
- Support wealth management advisors in managing client files, including preparing presentations and meetings.
- Assist client advisors in organizing meetings with prospects and partners, as well as handling follow-ups.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or brokerage.
- Completed university degree in a field related to the financial industry or equivalent.
- Certifications (examples: Canadian Securities Course, Financial Planning Certificate, Compliance Training) considered an asset.
- Knowledge of current financial sector regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Experience in client service and administrative management of client files.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, verbally and in writing, in a high-end professional environment.
